So this is obviously a fashion that we are all gonna have to get on board with, even as i do my weekly shopping in the small Suffolk town; opposite the butchers a beautiful pair of boots are starring at me with 'try me' eyes... oh and by the way OTK`s (apparently that's what they are now all called, over the knee boots to you and me!)
